1. Appointment and Ticket Confirmation
By using our services, you agree to receive confirmations for appointments and service tickets via SMS or email. These communications are intended to ensure you stay informed about your scheduled services and support inquiries.

2. SMS Communication
We may send SMS messages related to your service requests, appointments, and other relevant communications.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our short code. Once we receive your "STOP" message, we will send a confirmation SMS stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages from us.
• Opt-In Again: To re-subscribe, simply sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages.
