Awarded August 2026 by Education Service Center Region 7 (Kilgore, TX) and by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS, ESC Region 8) — serving Texas public entities statewide and TIPS members nationwide.
Network Systems & Supplies. Switches, access points, cabling, camera systems, network hardware and supplies.
Contracted Services. Installation, maintenance, IT consulting and support — including our School Cybersecurity Compliance Retainer.
Consulting and Other Related Services. Cybersecurity and backup readiness assessments, network design review, and vCISO advisory engagements — The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a national cooperative led by ESC Region 8.
Purchases by member entities satisfy Texas competitive procurement requirements through interlocal cooperation (Tex. Gov't Code § 791.025; Tex. Educ. Code § 44.031(a)(4)). TIPS is a national purchasing cooperative administered by Education Service Center Region 8 under the same Interlocal Cooperation Act.
