Built for peak season
Rental companies run on systems a general-purpose "IT guy" never prices in — the reservation platform, the tablets out in the yard, the data sync across your branches. Here's what we actually cover, and every one of these is inside the flat rate.
Point of Rental, Booqable — or whatever platform runs your reservations, contracts, and availability — lives on a server or a hosted database a general "IT guy" never watches. A hang on a Saturday morning means staff can't check availability, write a contract, or take payment, and the customer walks to the next yard. We monitor the server, the database host, and the network path, and schedule the disruptive maintenance for your slow days, not the rush.
Your counter runs on the network, but so do the tablets checking equipment in and out across the yard and the handhelds your drivers carry on delivery and pickup. Dead zones behind the buildings or at the far end of the lot turn every scan into a re-scan and every contract into a phone call. We design and manage coverage that reaches the corners of the yard and keep the mobile devices connected on the road.
When you run more than one location, an item rented at one branch has to show as unavailable everywhere, right away. If the data sync between branches lags or breaks, you double-book equipment you don't have and lose the customer twice. We keep the connections between your locations reliable and monitored so inventory and availability stay in agreement across the whole operation.
Rental demand is seasonal — the weekends, the holidays, the event calendar you build the year around. That's exactly when the reservation system, the network, and the phones get hit hardest, and exactly when you can least afford a failure. We size and harden the setup for your peak, not a quiet Tuesday, so the busy stretch runs on infrastructure that's ready for it.
Dispatch confirmations, return reminders, damage-report intake — the repetitive messages that eat your counter staff's day get automated on top of the systems you already run. We build it, we maintain it, and a human reviews anything a customer will actually read. More on our AI services →
Per workstation
One rate. No security "add-on," no backup "upgrade," no after-hours meter. Everything below is already in the number.
Nights, weekends, and every shift — you call, we answer, no hourly meter ever.
Behavior-based EDR on every machine — not signature antivirus.
Continuous, ransomware-resistant backup with restores we actually test.
We spec the gear; you buy it at our cost. Monitoring, firmware, and policy are on us.
Every ticket gets a same-day response — written into the agreement, not just promised.
We come to your facility, document everything, and fix the obvious in week one.
Firewall and network are fully managed — but hardware is never included. We recommend the right gear and send the links; you buy it at our cost, zero markup. Backup and after-hours support are subject to fair use; unusually large datasets add storage billed at cost.
A typical Houston walk-up rate looks lower because it leaves out the things a rental operation actually needs. Add them back and the gap closes fast — before anyone touches the after-hours meter.
Our number is $125/workstation — after-hours included, locked for your term. See the full walk-up-quote math →
$125 per workstation per month, with everything on this page included. Servers — including the box that hosts your rental software or reservation database — are $275/month. Software licenses and any hardware are billed at our cost with zero markup. Three-workstation minimum, twelve-month initial term. Project work — a new branch, a yard network buildout, a platform migration — is quoted separately in writing, never slipped into the monthly.
You call, we answer, and no timer starts. Unlimited support includes after-hours, nights, and weekends under fair use — support consistent with normally running an operation your size. The same-day response SLA applies to every ticket, peak weekend or not. If it's the reservation system or the network your counter depends on, getting you back up is the priority. Project work is still project work.
Yes. We manage the network and the connections between your locations so inventory, availability, and contracts stay in sync across every branch. Whether your branches share one hosted system or replicate between sites, we keep the links reliable and monitor them so a sync problem gets caught before it double-books a customer.
Yes. We manage the infrastructure it runs on — the server, the database host, the network, and the wireless out in the yard — plus the workstations and tablets your staff use. When the fault is inside the rental application itself, we coordinate directly with your software vendor and stay on it until it's resolved. Our job is to keep the plumbing reliable so the platform stays up.
For businesses in the North Houston area. 3-workstation minimum.
