What does managed IT cost for a small business?
$125 per workstation per month, with everything on this page included. Servers are $275/month. Software licenses and any hardware are billed at our cost with zero markup. Three-workstation minimum, twelve-month initial term. Project work — migrations, office moves, buildouts — is quoted separately in writing, never slipped into the monthly.
We have one part-time IT person — do you replace them or work with them?
Either one. We can be your whole IT department, or back up the person you already have in a co-managed setup. Both ways you get senior-led coverage, monitoring, and security instead of everything resting on one overloaded contact.
What happens when we hire or lose someone?
It's handled, and it's in the flat rate. New hires get accounts, a configured machine, the right access, and security on day one; departures get every login shut off the same afternoon. Both are documented so nothing depends on anyone's memory.
Do we need this if we don't have a compliance requirement?
Yes. Even with no HIPAA, PCI, or similar rule to answer to, every business holding client data and payroll needs the same security floor — MFA, EDR on every machine, tested backups, and a managed firewall. It's all in the flat rate, and if a compliance regime does apply to you later, we build to it.
