Pricing — common questions
Is $125 really the whole number?
Yes, for the service. Security stack, backup, firewall and network management, unlimited support including after-hours, onboarding — all in. Billed separately: servers ($275, listed above), software licenses and any hardware at our cost with zero markup, and project work you approve in writing first.
What does "unlimited after-hours" actually mean?
If your software dies at 8pm before a deadline, you call, we answer, nobody starts a timer. Fair use applies — support consistent with normally running an office your size — and project work is still project work.
Why do other quotes look cheaper?
Because they start without real endpoint security, backup, the firewall, or anything after 5pm. The comparison above uses published Houston market numbers. Compare all-in totals, not stickers.
Is there a contract?
12 months. The first months carry the heavy lifting — onboarding, documentation, security cleanup. Your price is locked for the term.
What's the minimum?
3 workstations. Smaller than that and a managed plan isn't your best value — we'll tell you so ourselves.
Why one flat price?
Because the cheap quote isn't cheap — it's incomplete. When EDR, backup, and after-hours are add-ons, a $95 seat becomes $150 by the time it does the job. We price the whole job up front.
What about hardware?
You buy hardware at our cost — zero markup, never bundled. We spec it, you own it.
