Voice & Connectivity

Your phone bill and your internet

are the easiest wins we deliver.

We move businesses off legacy AT&T and Comcast phone service to modern VoIP, migrate you from cable to fiber, and lock the network down with segmented guest Wi-Fi and a managed firewall. Most clients cut their phone bill in the switch — and stop fighting their internet.

What we actually deliver

Two of your biggest recurring bills, cut — and a network that behaves.

Phones and internet are where we find the fastest savings on day one. Then we segment the Wi-Fi and put a real firewall in front of everything. Here's the work.

VoIP phone systems — off AT&T and Comcast

We move you to modern VoIP — UniFi phones, RingCentral, or Zoom Phone, your choice — with better call quality, real features, and no legacy carrier overhead. Most clients cut their phone bill the month they switch.

AI receptionist icon

AI receptionist — answers every call, day or night

An AI voice agent picks up when your team can’t — it answers, routes calls, books appointments, and takes messages 24/7, then texts you a summary. We set it up on your VoIP so a missed call doesn't have to turn into a lost customer. Deployed and managed as part of our AI services.

Fiber-internet migration

We recommend and facilitate the move from Comcast cable to fiber, handle the cutover, and reconfigure your existing coax so nothing else breaks. Faster, steadier, and usually cheaper per megabit — the internet stops being the thing that goes down.

Guest Wi-Fi VLAN icon

Guest Wi-Fi that can't touch your business

Visitor traffic goes on its own VLAN and subnet — a separate lane on the same hardware that never sees your business network, your files, or your point-of-sale. Guests get Wi-Fi; your data stays walled off.

Business firewalls — deployed and managed

Enterprise UniFi firewalls in front of the whole network, configured and monitored by us. The hardware is billed at our cost — zero markup, never bundled into a padded price. You own the gear; we keep it locked down.

Firewall and network are fully managed — but hardware is never included. We recommend the right gear and send the links; you buy it at our cost, zero markup. Backup and after-hours support are subject to fair use; unusually large datasets add storage billed at cost.

Common questions

What does VoIP cost — and will it really save us money?

VoIP is billed per user, per month, and the exact number depends on which platform fits you — UniFi phones, RingCentral, or Zoom Phone. What we can tell you honestly: most clients cut their phone bill moving off legacy AT&T or Comcast service, because you stop paying carrier rates for lines and features you can get for less over the internet. We price your specific setup before you commit — no guesswork, no lock-in gimmicks.

Can I keep my phone numbers?

Yes. In almost every case your existing business numbers port to the new system, so customers reach you at the same number they always have. Porting takes a few days to schedule with the carriers, and we run the whole process. Your old service stays live until the new one is fully working, so there's no gap and no missed calls.

How does the fiber migration work?

We start by confirming fiber is available at your address and speccing the right circuit. Once it's installed, we handle the cutover — moving your network onto the fiber, reconfiguring your existing coax and equipment, and testing everything before we call it done. We schedule the switch to avoid a surprise outage during business hours.

Is guest Wi-Fi actually safe on the same hardware?

Yes — because guest traffic never rides on your business network. We put visitors on their own VLAN and subnet, a completely separate lane on the same access points. Guests can reach the internet and nothing else: not your files, not your point-of-sale, not your other devices. It's the same segmentation enterprise networks use, sized for your office.
