Most shops stop at the helpdesk. We run the cable, mount the cameras, design the network, and then automate the work that happens on top of it. Every one of these is real, delivered work — not a brochure line.
Structured cabling, done right the first time
Cat6/6A copper and fiber runs, patch panels, and clean racks — labeled, terminated, and tested. When the cabling underneath is sloppy, everything above it is unreliable. We build the layer nobody sees but everybody depends on.
Camera and surveillance that actually covers the site
Large multi-NVR builds — dozens of channels across one building or many, with remote viewing and retention sized to what you need to keep. We've deployed dual-NVR, 32-channel-per-recorder systems with secure cloud access and stitched them into the network cleanly.
Networks designed to be fast, segmented, and boring
UniFi routing, switching, and Wi-Fi; VLAN segmentation so guest and IoT traffic never touches your core; firewall; and fiber-circuit plus static-IP setup with the carrier. Built so the network is the last thing you ever have to think about.

Gemini for Google Workspace — the AI you already pay for
If you run Google Workspace Business Standard or Plus, Gemini is already included in your subscription — no add-on license, unlike Copilot, which is an added per-seat license on top of Microsoft 365. We switch it on the right way: enabled per department through admin controls, pointed at the features that matter (drafting and summarizing in Gmail and Docs, natural-language analysis in Sheets, Meet notes with action items), and locked down so sensitive data can't wander into a public chatbot.

Common questions
Do you only do managed IT, or can you do a one-time project?
Both. A cabling run, a camera system, or a network build can be a standalone project quoted in writing. Many clients start with a build and move into a managed plan once they see how we work — but you're never forced to.
Is the AI automation real, or just a chatbot?
Real. We build agent systems and automation pipelines that move work between your actual tools — not a chat widget. We scope each one to what it can reliably do and keep a human in the loop wherever that's the right call. If AI isn't the right answer for a task, we'll tell you.
What does a camera / NVR build look like?
We size the channel count and retention to your site, install and aim the cameras, stand up one or more NVRs, and set up secure remote viewing. We've built dual-NVR, 32-channel-each deployments with cloud access — so scale isn't a problem.
Do you run the cabling and build the network, or just recommend gear?
We do the work — design, run, and terminate the cabling, and stand up the network. Hardware is never marked up: we spec the right gear and send you the links, and you buy it at our cost.
Can you handle a multi-site or out-of-state build?
Yes. We manage infrastructure for multi-location and out-of-state clients from Texas, standardized and centrally managed. Distance isn't the constraint — good design and clean documentation are, and those are ours to control.
Do we need Copilot or Gemini?
If you're on Google Workspace, start with Gemini — it's already in your Business Standard or Plus subscription. Copilot only makes sense if your business lives in Microsoft 365, and it's an added per-seat license there. We'll tell you plainly which one your stack justifies — sometimes the answer is neither yet.
Is AI safe to use with customer data?
Only if someone configures it that way. We control which departments and apps can use Gemini through Workspace admin policies, write an AI-usage policy your team actually follows, and keep client data inside your tenant instead of a public chatbot.
What does the AI receptionist actually do?
It answers calls your team can't, day or night — routes callers, books appointments, takes messages, and texts you a summary. A human still handles anything real; nothing gets decided by a robot.
Will AI replace our IT support?
No. AI makes the first pass — flagging the threat, drafting the response, catching the missed call. Our engineers make every call that matters. That's the whole design.
